Problem with OWCP is that their marketing is SHIT. They don't know wtf they are doing in terms of building hype. Them being careful and professional is not an excuse. They need to sort their shit, get it together, and release some news this week.

Agree, News could be dropped at any time regarding several important moves the company is working on. Also, Seeing the bid and ask so paper thin and the chart setup indicating a breakout, it seems like any way you look at OWCP we are setup for a $1.00 plus by March 1.
