Well, I think this proves that the companies are not under some sort of court issued gag order when it comes to going about business as usual. Self-imposed for whatever reason… maybe.

A clear example of a bad reverse split. An acceptable reverse split would be where all shares are reverse split including the authorized shares. Clearly not the case here. Good luck to ccgi stock holders.
