Cy- totally agree however I don't think this move was made by coincidence. Remember that the FDA and CYDY talk regularly, which is expected. I think if CYDY is receiving positive news or their data is good with FDA they must feel good about approval.
I just think this move is too significant this late in the game to not merit serious consideration. They basically put a new CEO in charge....just a different title! And he's from GILD and has significant experience in this vertical.
