We know very little of what's going on and each must make their decisions
Even the most basic information we know nothing
Share structure is arguably all day and night long
Same with t trade is it buy or sell

In order for them to change anything they would have to buy 100%.

In order to change anything re: FMS, $ONCI would need a simple majority ownership, 50% + 1, not 100%.
