Simple answer was I was checking on the stock I left behind. As far as "news" already released, I don't recall anyone discussing the little loss of TXTM to the publicly traded South African company.
It was pretty obvious to me when reading the two news statements, so I felt a need to be informed.
Likely, most TXTM shareholders would appreciate the same thing.
