When the SEC suspends an SEC registered stock for delinquent Financials it is too late for the company to remedy the delinquencies and their stock registrations will be revoked....no known exceptions in the last 7 years, ie., out of 1,454 SEC Suspensions for Financials delinquencies ALL 1,454 stock registrations were revoked.
NOTE: OTC Markets lists many stocks as SEC reporting when those stocks are not registered with the SEC. Those stocks electively report to the SEC but are not obligated to file Financials to the SEC.
