CANWEALTH is dead. Doesn't exist anymore, the merger failed and was dissolved. So CANWEALTH really doesn't exist anymore. Just a website. All claims expired back in August of 2015. GARTH IS pretty DESPARATE and would say anything to sell a share.
So ICBS is just waiting for the SEC to get around to CEASE trade this scam, but that takes time.
