I've been in ONCI for a little while. Looked back and saw that Steve Berman, ONCI CEO,was in Tokyo back on June 17th. "Currently in Tokyo performing due diligence on one of our upcoming acquisitions. News to follow next week." Don't see any follow up PRS on it tho so Still just speculation as far as I see..
