The death blow is upon BIEL.

Even if the judge only enforces half of the penalties, BIEL is done. Over.

I would assume that Andy and co. will dump what is left of their holdings first thing tomorrow..that is if they have anything left.

Defending the company at this point, after everything that has proven, is just not logical.

Today is a good day for the investing community.

But, here's the difference, I don't care.

What I know, with absolute certainty, is that BIEL is creating much better lives in at least 50 countries, where ActiPatch can be purchased OTC or online and delivered, particularly our 2 best and strongest allies, the UK and Canada, yet there are >140Million Americans suffering from chronic and acute pain today, who cannot go to a local pharmacy and buy ActiPatch, yet. Watch what happens, America is coming like a Tsunami, along with BIEL . . . . . People with chronic pain will not be held back when their lives are being devastated with only chemical analgesics available Rx and OTC and are looking for help.

But, they will get it when the FDA clears ActiPatch for OTC in the USA . . . and you know when . . . .
