I am still anxious to figure it all out, and put it to rest but as in the past, the company is not willing to help me understand. I was going to call Mike, but just no in the mood. DOn't think he will answer my question.

Let's play a game while we are waiting. Incorp Services Inc is the company "agent". # is 800-246-2677. Why doesn't someone here call as I did, and ask why the share structure is not available. Then come back and share with the board.

Specifically, ask is PBLS required to give the share count?

Is the company required to tell the SEC the share count?

And finally if they are required to tell the SEC, why don't we know/have access to the same information?
