They are not diluting. I've been in this for a couple of weeks and was watching for a few weeks prior to that.
Even after several positive PRs and the new social media campaign, the volume has been way to low for them to sell an extra few hundred million shares as you say. I've seen no indication of dilution since I started watching this early last month. Note: I've been in dilution pigs before and TTCM definitely isn't one of them.
In addition, they replied to one of my tweets yesterday with... "$TTCM has not diluted shares and substantial common shares will be retired."
Yes, it was a tweet and not a filing but why would they start their social media campaign by volunteering a lie? Btw, I asked them about the AS, not dilution. They volunteered the dilution information.
Summary - my observation over the last several weeks confirms (to me) the lack of dilution. Their tweet just added an exclamation point to my confirmation.
