if in the discovery of the subject lawsuit they found evidence that Hamburg's husband's hedge fund made big money from their investment in GSK at the time the FDA ambushed Amarin at AdCom.

I documented back then that his hedge fund had a huge investment in Amarin competitor GSK.

This would be somewhat akin to what happened with his hedge fund company and Johnson & Johnson in the subject lawsuit.
