That would be a fortune if there is a conflict btw Pascoe and Aspire, but i doubt it

Apri needs cash, in fact now pur cash status is ok even if a diluition at .35 is really terrible.

Pascoe bfr us is the first losing money, so if he did it is only bcz it is the right thing to do, and unfortunately there are no big deal coming with cash like ryva.

However now we have cash enough to see the flop and see the decision from the nda in november and afterwards.

Now it is more difficult to reach 1 usd but it may be easier to get the 6 months extention from nda

Then if we fail with vitaros in us, then apricus is finished

I would think that Pasco would have gotten with Denner before he made that offer to the investors. I can never find where Aspire is listed as an Institutional Investor. It makes me wonder if Aspire shorted and then sold to cover. This may be the reason that Pasco chose not to go to Aspire at this time. Denner still holds a large number of shares and still has the option to get a seat on the board of directors. It also looks good to have more than one large Institutional Investor in this company. With the options they both have, they almost own half of the company.
