You do know all companies down here dilute, right? It's therefore important to look at why and how much the company is diluting. Borrowing money in order to fund revenue-generating activities is a lot different than diluting because you're in the share selling business. Shepard has been the CEO since 2013 and has not diluted shares until now and has never done a r/s. I'm ok with a $100K note to get logging underway, especially since Sheppard owns close to 70 million shares himself. If last week was bottom, we actually saw a higher low. The reversal may have already started, and we dhould start seeing many new highs, given the direction of the company.
