Hard to believe that so much buying has been done at THESE levels in the last month or so (based on serious progress in licensing) without faith that there is still a lot of upside.

Can't move higher without MORE good news. need a good BUYOUT rumor--- OK I'll start one; INTC to buy IDCC for 118.00 per share! It would be funny if that turned out close to what happens. Guess I'd get a visit from the SEC.
