They likely used cash and shares to acquire the Cali lab. Anyone with half a brain wouldn't part with their M.J. lab without having skin in the game, so more than likely we'll see the o/s climb a bit. I'm sure we'll see an 8-K shortly with the details or it'll be wrapped up in the 10Q.
500 Customers generating revenue. SGBY quoted 700 at the end of July @ $1000 each in yearly revenue. I don't know what the N. Cali prices are for testing, but likely more anyway. IMHO the acquisition as it stands today is worth $500K yearly in revenue on top of the $700K estimated in July (assuming no new clients which we know will not be the case)
