and has for the past several years according to documents included in the 2800 plus pages the FBAR supplied. Brock Hubbard (aka the man assigned to read the boards per Court docs) was addressed in FBAR emails also.

I'm sure SFRX has retained competent maritime attorneys who are on top of all this?

They used Dianne Harrison in the past, but it seems after all these years Kyle still hasn't figured the permit thing out, unless of course he threatens to sue.
