That's the "sunk cost" fallacy. This investment doesn't get any better or worse just because you have been holding for a longer or shorter time.
Every day brings new information for you to re-evaluate your decision to be an investor in this company. Even if that information is nothing more than "The filings are an additional day late".
It sounds like there is some point in the future where you will decide that the # of days late is high enough to change your outlook on the company. That's a very reasonable attitude to have.
