Hi Mogman I think that an exclusive deal for the generator technology could happen for these reasons.

1-GC isnt getting any younger
2-Coates International can use the large sum of money
3-frees up George to work on his other projects with no money crunch
4- no more dilution.
5-paves a way towards a big board exchange.
6-gets the long term shareholders off his back and makes them happy(finally)


If Coates received a large amount of cash then GC can play around with his other engine projects. He likes doing that.

But like you said, the Chinese love to negotiate(and win) so the question will be where will they meet?
