The Company was incorporated in the State of Nevada, U.S.A., on August 27, 2002. The Company was a development stage company as defined by Statement of Financial Accounting Standards ("SFAS") No. 7. The Company had previously been in the mining and exploration stage since its formation and has not yet realized any revenues from its planned operations. It was primarily engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mining properties. The Company plans on changing its focus to acquire and manage "Buy-Here, Pay-Here" automobile dealerships.
