It happens people who you dont control take vacations

so be it - its 12 months now waiting

I still cannot work out why a US company that does no business is buying a brazilian company that used to do a lot of business but evidence suggests is extremely cash restricted if not near bankruptcy. How is the transaction being paid for? Who ever is financing will ensure they control all the stock.
[I understand the benefit to Rontan having a US parent that is the only reason I see for things to happen]
