Not just a name change but a whole different corporate entity. The delaware sos shows both companies.

thehavenots: My speculation on this would be simply that since so much business has been conducted under the name of CVSU, there will have to be legal documents drawn up to reflect the name of the new company. In the interim, using d/b/a serves the purpose of linking the two together until such time as all paperwork reflecting the new name on all pending contracts, etc. is completed.
