Case Schiller shows PE on SP very close to , if not just above , levels seen directly before 08 plunge . However , current levels no where near 2000 highs . That anomaly was of course the highest ever . Many will attribute it to " dot com " valuations , yet those were mostly listed on NASDAQ.
