You may be correct.

However, you point is based on the fundamental premise that Rontan has not come across any additional options SUBSEQUENT TO THE POINT IN TIME THAT IT ORIGINALLY EXECUTED THE CONTRACT CONCERNING THE DEAL WITH RONTAN.

Inasmuch as the date on which Rontan originally signed the contract relative to that deal was way back in October of 2015, that is a very large assumption.
