Well if it is the same person then I guess they are risking $200.00 on this POS for some reason or another...OR....a start of slowly quietly accumulating so there won't be a rush to soon to buy all the .0001s on the ask...perhaps...maybe....I guess we will have to see if this keeps up for the next two weeks
