OTC equity short interest is available for view by issue, or by downloadable pipe-delimited text file containing all OTC equity securities reported with a short position. Data is available online for a rolling twelve months and is based on a mid-month settlement date.

The reason there is only one month posted is because it just began THIS MONTH...In 12 months you'll get all 12...just like the big-board stocks are getting. I'll use DELL for an example...

Now interpret it anyway you like, mypointz, but it clearly states "EQUITY" short interest! The word "partial" does not associate w/the word equity. I have an old post here referring to "phantom" shorts...surely no one still has visions of sugar plum "phantom" shorts now, do they? too funny
