From what I have read the discovery phase is supposed to end by June 6th !!

And ARYC has to file a response by EOD today!!!

No sign of any settlement yet!!!

What a disaster!!!

So nothing has been settled as per rumors? Looks like the waring parties are still in the thick of it. Seven years later and my investment amounts to $500 here not counting a potential dividend and so have turned my attention elsewhere. Seemingly a hopeless bunch.
