I placed an order with a broker today for IPRE (TDAmeritrade) and it did NOT cost me any more than if i had bought online. Ive had to do this a few times and every time when they require you to buy through a broker they dont jack the price up. But if you buy through a broker because you WANT to they will charge you more.
