BOREAL WATER COLLECTION RELEASES UPDATE ON UAE DEAL

 

Kiamesha Lake, NY, April 26, 2016 - Boreal Water Collection, Inc. (OTC: BRWC), an established water bottler of premium private-labeled bottled water products tailored for each client’s particular need, today issues the following updates.

In the fall of 2015, we were able to get interest from a large group from the UAE for buying our water. In December 2015 and January 2016, we conducted water tests required from these buyers. Results have been positive. The contracts are now ready but the group put a few more conditions to Boreal. They requested that Boreal restructures and get better funded. Specifically they want Boreal to be better capitalized so that it can be able to undertake their large orders.  

Boreal’s management is currently discussing with PriceWaterhouseCoppers for a mandate to help Boreal with the next step.
