They had six months from the first date of the sub 01 closing/sub 01 bid price. That puts the timeline around the third week of May when they should be downgraded to Pink No Info (No Info assuming they'll never become current on their filing...if they do actually file and become current, they'll be Pink Current assuming this dog stays under 01..).
