Specifically what companies are working with recipes similar to Anavex? Not aware of any? What is their stage of development?

Risk it, I have not done a comprehensive search but Anavex is the only company I am aware of with a combination sigma 1 and muscarinic compound in the clinic, though a search in clinicaltrials.gov is now warranted. I thought that it will take 6 mos data to move any of the necessary dials including a partnership. But, if there is multiple, strong patient anecdotal evidence coming forth from the open label study, maybe only 12 week data with interesting PK/PD results will do more than originally thought?
