Doc, great post. What does the mean for the decision? Will they keep the May 27th date or will they need to push it again? Do you think Braeburn will play hardball with them to force a denial/delay so they can scoop up Titan on the cheap? I like your logic and think you may be on to something here, but what are the implications?

Good post doc,never saw that coming,very interesting hunch.Since they can not delay it again,once is,only I been told they can give it another CRL but don't believe they will,that would be a huge delay and on what grounds,labeling,so they'll duke it out and then compromise,think either way we are good.But I hope braeburn wins out it's the most logical,we are facing the worst drug epidemic this country has EVER SEEN,and the fda is worried about minor labeling.Minor because it can be easily fixed,get the drug out to people who need it already,they are literally dying while waiting.
