Now I am totally confused.

And yet here we are. The CEO of the company should be focused on building the company, instead he just tries to sell the stock.

Business model at current stage of development is growth though acquisition and than organic growth of those acquisitions.

Capital is required to make acquisitions.

CEO sells stock in company to raise capital.

CEO uses capital from stocks sales to make acquisitions.

Company grows though those acquisitions, and their organic growth.

CEO selling stock is him focused on building company.

So, what am I missing?
