Grolden, last time you spoke to Klean Industries CEO, if I am not mistaken. At any point during your short conversation, did you ask him anything about Harmonic Energy (ASUV) at all. Because if you did ask him about it, I think he would have either deny the rumor or divert the attention to something else. If he denied, then thats not a very good sign, if he tried to avert the question, then I am compelled to believe that the merger will for sure happen. Sometimes you got to be Sherlock and I don't doubt your DD, but the conversation alone should be a good sign, provided that he tried to lead to another question or be short without any clarification.
