Maybe Leo is just a really tough guy to work for (wouldn't surprise me). Maybe Dr. Jorgensen asked for better salary or more options and was refused. People leave great companies all the time for any number of reasons. You never want to see a key executive leave an enterprise in which you hold shares, just because of the uncertainty that that brings, but none of us outsiders will ever know the precise reason for Jorgensen's departure. And maybe it's just time to get a new face in the group to run this B Phase III to ground and start generating actual revenue.
