Li is here to make money. The metrics that have to occur for him to buy makes it almost certain that we will be at those prices. I would be willing to bet that one of the stipulations for him to buy the stock is based off the share price. No reasonable person puts up that kind of cash with no guarantees. He will get paid and the BOARD will get paid.
