They are typically released 83-90 days after the end of the year so you should expect them in late-March.

They have to file within 90 days after new year. TRTC typically files 10-K's mid to late March I believe

No seperate 4th qtr report. Annual is next, 90 days to file. 10k takes longer because it has to be audited and is a full year. Q's don't need to be audited.
