As I predicted though:

I expected a sense urgency in the call, didn't get it. While I detected folks were not exactly comfortably sitting around a table, a further 2-4 month delay isn't something anybody needed to hear. We'll be heading down the same wrong road for another quarter + until Paris decided which road to take, knowing it's not the same road we are on.

It's nuts. If he plans changes, time for a hiring freeze. Announce something of a transition. Continuing as if its business as normal is the same as just having kept HB. Crazy!!

Alpha, I agree 100% and think the company is finally on the right track. All is not rosey yet there is a path to better days. The past can not be changed and like you I think that it will come together with the building blocks already in place, a superior strategy and exceptional management. Denner and PP know what they are doing. IMHO
