PR info vs what was presented at the Jan 8 Mylan+Momenta collaboration press conference.
The audio from the January 8 conference call by Rick around the 8:15-ish mark:

"Mylan will pay Momenta a non-refundable, upfront payment of $45mm. Momenta and Mylan will share equally in the cost of the collaboration, which include the development, manufacturing, commercialization, and certain legal expenses, and will share equally in the collaboration's profits across the six product candidates.

Mylan will fund it's share of collaboration expenses in part through up to six contingent early-development milestone payments totaling up to $200mm across the six product candidates."

Make of that what you will...certainly the written PR should have been less vague.
