The clock is a 12 month clock then further subject to rule 144 AFTER that year. Again, taking something positive and spinning it negative.

Yeah - I am not that troubled by the move...Retailers have some time to consider positions before the year is up. If the exuberant forecasts have not begun to be realized in 1/2 that time then retail folks will be able to leave with some cash left
