He ran their "Sales and Marketing" department. You heard the exact same BS then as you do now - all that blather about "industry success," the tall tales of retail sales for their amazing product.. blah blah blah. The PRs sound identical - just generic penny stock scam BS.
The amazing "Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing" didn't actually manage to sell ANYTHING, besides plenty of worthless shares.
Of course it was a fraud, and the SEC finally shut them down shortly after.
The interesting thing is, Shuman left his "Sweet Success" position off his resume. He filled in the time he spent there with different jobs at other companies, instead of admitting he worked at a scam penny stock fraud.
In other words, he falsified his resume.
In most companies, hiding something like that would get you fired, INSTANTLY.
