O/S is less than 600 O/S and A/S is 2,160,000,000(since 2014). No need for a R/S. Plus CEO just stated 2 days ago no R/S. I dont think he even has any shares. Would make no sense. Claims to have bought at .0018 and everyday since been calling it garbage, but he is not adding more or selling. If I have a stock that is garbage and I want out then the last thing I would be doing is crying about it everyday and saying it is garbage. Just sell and move on. 99% of penny stocks are the same anyway. Could have sold several hundred percent higher than it is trading now. Personally I have been buying from 0004 down to 0002 with orders in for 0001 just incase they do fill some there. Bought most at 0002. Easy to see there is dilution here and the PPS shows it, but that does not mean it will continue forever. Once it is over it will bounce.
