Yes. A reputable testing company will not be cheap. But it's SonCavs' development. All LEXG has anymore are the distribution rights in Canada. Who will pay for the testing? There is also the Irish company (SCL Ltd.?) that owns the distribution rights in the U.S. If LEXG has to pay anything, they won't be the only ones and they should get something in return!. With the PPS in the teens dilution will not be huge like before.....unless there are more unexpected delays.
