OK, I really appreciate your calling and asking for that information! The more the better is the way I see it...


However, here is the bad part...I know for a fact you called Mr. Braxton because of the things you said he said...He has been using that excuse for months...It is the typical delay stuff he has been doing...

Mr. Braxton has the means to release the Capital Structure and that is really aggravating that he says that...LYJN is listed on the PINK SHEETS, So update the companies information there!!!

It just that simple! Plus, Mr. Braxton utilizes the PR's and email to send out the so called "INDEPENDENT PRICE TARGETS"!


I hope I am proved wrong! However, I know that this delay is just another sign that the PPS is headed lower still because the company is obviously not done selling shares!

OK, so IVXX is right, Donald Braxton is not being honest. I had called again last Thursday to see if he had received my email asking about current Production Development. He at that time said about releasing the financials that he would do it NO LATER THAN EARLY THIS WEEK. Anyone seen any financial statement?

I see IVXX's point, if Donald Braxton is supposed to be representing Lyric Jeans, he's not doing a very good job. Now I could see if he said, "It is not in the company's best interrest to release the stock structure (financials) at this time." I may not like it, but at least I could respect it.

As for the reply to my questions concerning Production Development and showing something of 'substance', at first he said that this should be a fairly easy thing to do. When I had called that second time he didn't even remember it, and he had told me he was going to make it a priority before.

What does this say of the company?

I am out now, as far as I can see the only thing of substance that you can go and see for yourself is at the address that is given for the company
