I don't agree with either one of your assumptions

1. That GHDC becomes fully reporting in a few weeks or

2. Upon becoming fully reporting you see a rally in the stock

There is no denying once Ghdc becomes fully reporting in a few weeks stock will see a rally can we all agree on this ?

What exactly in the report will make the stock rally? They are just completing what they should have done 8 months ago. Theres nothing new and exciting to disclose for the year 2014. lol... Any positive would have been hyped already

If anything, the subsequent event disclosures could cause people to sell. Theres been millions of dollars in stock payouts to insiders. Possibly a lot more than what has been disclosed

None of the 10K or Q filings for these two companies have ever helped the stock price and since nothing has been accomplished at GHDC, why would the masses come pouring in?!?!

PS: Theres also the strong possibility that they wont even pass the audit the first time. Dont forget, the Quilliams were in charge of the books they are reporting on.
