Yeah right Kali. Remember this? In August Bayside notified OTC Markets that the OS at the end of May was a shocking 1.1 billion! Then, they release their Q2 in September which stated that one month later, at the end of June, the OS was at 2.3 billion. Did they dilute 1.2 billion shares in one month?! No, they tricked investors into thinking the OS was low by sending incorrect share structure info to OTC Markets.

Investors Beware: Do NOT trust share structure info Bayside reports to OTC Markets. Below is proof.

Well, thanks for the correction. So they decreased Total Outstanding shares by 463,000,000 from 2,323,142,631 to 1,860,142,631. This is based on Q2 outstanding shares of 2,323,142,631 and your 10/24 date of outstanding shares of 1,860,142,631.

They then increased Total Outstanding shares by 673,000,000 from 1,860,142,631 (10/24 date) to 2,533,142,631 (Q3 filing).

Thanks for setting me straight on the facts. I am not sure how that helps, but none-the-less we have it straight now.
