100 percent gain is awesome, so selling some seems wise. This was trading at 40 before FDA approval. Now we have FDA approval and sales are set to start next month. The company's main competition, which hasn't yet received and FDA approval, was bought for 2.7 billion. Basically you are in a win-win position, congrats.
