Unfortunately this is not an uplist and even a 100 to 1 reverse split won't get ERHC even close to a share price that will qualify it for most exchanges.

I do think there will be drilling. The question is how much more dilution will occur prior to drilling completion and how much more property will be sold at bargain basement prices with no disclosure of the sales price. Looks to me like ERHC will own only 15 to 20% of the block after they give away more. The ERHC upside potential continues to shrink due to never ending sales and dilution.
