Here is who knows about PMCB. Shareholders, Large pharma who have signed NDA's and Doctors in the Pancreatic Cancer and Diabetes world. None of the Doctors or Large Pharma can pass this company onto buyers or traders as it would be viewed as Insider Trading. That leaves the 1900 current shareholders. They already own their shares. Some own as many they are comfortable with and are not adding. Until the PR's hit those real traders and buyers who normally never even look at OTC stocks, it will sit at these levels. That's how it works. That's why I only own shares in one OTC.
