I don't believe Anavex even gets to run the Phase 2 unless phase 1 shows safety?

My point is that no unforeseen safety issues arise. Are you saying such a thing is impossible at these later stages?

Also unsure if the FDA ever comments publicly on a drug trial/company unless it's for final approval or a safety warning?

Who said anything about public comments. The FDA approving a fast-track request is what I was thinking.
